50 R&D staff develop two new products monthly
Our 50-member R&D team is proud to have developed a new 16-horsepower gasoline engine and a WM1110 8.5KW generator, currently tip of the line all over the world. Using CAD, Pro-E systems and Colophony molding equipment at our own CNC processing center, we develop two new products monthly.
Advanced testing equipment and international certificates
We have a 3-D measurer, 80 high-precision advanced inspection machines, testing and measuring equipment, as well as 40 sets of on-line testing equipment. Our 35-member QC staff strictly inspects all our products, controlling the product quality to meet the standards of EPA, CARB, CE, EC and GS approvals. For your further peace of mind, we offer one-year warranties.
High efficient management brings 30,000 units monthly
Our 20,000-square-meter factory is ISO 9001:2000-certified and houses a staff of over 350. We're equipped with US-made machines - four engine assembly lines, eight special tool machining lines, 30 flexible machining centers and three automatic painting lines. All these enable us to reach a monthly production capacity of 30,000 units.
